Surcharge rates are based on the weekly published price of "On Highway Diesel Fuel Prices" from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (shown at the bottom of this page).

HOW TO USE THIS SCHEDULE
To use this schedule, find the price of Diesel Fuel for the U.S. from the chart at the bottom of this page. This is the current chart from the EIA website. Use the first row labeled "U.S." to determine the fuel price for the current week.

Next find your surcharge using the table below, matching the current Diesel Fuel rate with the appropriate surcharge value:
